Text Box: NEW CD LAUNCHED - LIFE OF RILEY Mumbo-Jumbo has launched its first CD. Life of Riley is, as you would expect, an eclectic mix of originals. The thirteen songs on the album - 11 of which are written by Chris, Oliver and Abby, one written for us by previous guitarist Mark Shaw and one old Box Tops song - include material currently featuring in our live set and a few tracks yet to be performed, and written specifically for the album. To buy the album on Paypal click The album also features Remi Harris on guitar and Tony Baylis on drums and percussion, both of whom perform regularly with Mumbo-Jumbo either as a four piece or a five. On selected tracks it also features Beth Naylor from The Big Blues Tribe on additional vocals, John Sanderson on tenor sax and Li’l Neill from Rattlin Bone on trombone. Big thanks to John Rivers at Woodbine Street Studios in Leamington Spa for recording it (highly recommended) and to Bo Walker of Rattlin Bone who recorded Li’l Neill at his London Studio and beamed the tracks up (the wonders of modern technology!)
